Technical Department:

As we believe that we are the consultant of our customers in their product development, our technical department gives special technical services to our customers which some important its activities have been shown as follows:

• Supporting, technical advising and giving effective & efficient services to the customers by optimization of customer’s products formulation or giving new formulation to the customers related to new application and product.
• Help and assistance in order to obtain necessary permissions from Iranian ministry of health (importation permission or help for gaining of production License of customer’s new product)
• As a bridge between R&D or laboratory of the customers and the supplier for the removal of customers technical problems.
• Sampling and presentation of formulation by cooperation with our outsource colleagues in the line of our suppliers advices.
